1. Purpose The Corporación Financiera de Desarrollo S.A. (COFIDE), will process your data in order to collect the personal data of users of the services provided by the CDE of COFIDE, managed by the Development and Innovation Management; to carry out follow-up, quality and dissemination management, as well as to offer training and business advisory events. The user is informed that, in strict line with the purpose of processing their personal data, the intended uses of these will be carried out for statistical, historical or scientific purposes; dissemination of training and advisory activities; profile analysis; management of customer/beneficiary lists.
2. Transfers and recipients The personal data that is collected and processed (automated and non-automated), will not be transferred nationally or internationally, except for legal obligation.
3. Types of Personal Data Identifying data: Names and surnames, DNI number, RUC number, passport number, home address, telephone, email address, foreign card, cell phone. Personal characteristics data: Date of birth, nationality, sex, profession, age, academic data, district, province and department. Economic-financial and insurance data: Assets, credits, loans, guarantees, credit cards, type of business
4. Exercise of the Rights of information, access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of the data The user of the CDE of COFIDE may at any time access their personal data, rectify them, cancel them, oppose them, and/or limit their processing; as well as revoke the consent given for additional purposes. To do this, the user of the CDE of COFIDE may direct their request to exercise their rights to the following address: Jr. Augusto Tamayo 160, San Isidro, Lima (reception desk), through any communication to the email address derechos_arco@cofide.com.pe. In order for the user of the CDE of COFIDE to exercise the aforementioned rights, they must submit the respective request at the specified address, which must include name and email or other means to receive responses; documents that prove their identity or legal representation; clear and precise description of the data regarding which they seek to exercise their rights and other elements or documents that facilitate the location of the data.
5. Retention period The user authorizes that the information collected may be stored as long as it is necessary for statistical, historical or scientific purposes; dissemination of training activities, business advisory; other activities implemented by the CDE and even as long as there is any legitimate purpose or interest that justifies its conservation.
6. Consent It will be understood that the user of the services of the CDE of COFIDE expressly, freely and unequivocally authorizes the processing of their Personal Data by accepting this consent, as permitted in numeral 3, article 12° of the Regulation. To access the service provided by the CDE of COFIDE, it will be necessary for the user to accept this Personal Data Use Protection Policy, and their acceptance implies the declaration of knowing the privacy conditions and contracting the corresponding obligations.
